page from 3675 Launch Event Program
I started working with the partners for the 3675 Market over a year before launch, supporting an early promotional event, groundbreaking ceremony, and miscellaneous digital and print content. I moved to Philly in August 2018 to work even more closely with the partners and team.
VIP invite development
A marketing firm had been hired and started work on invites and other promotional materials, but the work had slowed as they faced internal shifts. I took over and shepherded numerous elements to completion. This included refining illustrations; finalizing posters, postcards, VIP and regular invites; creating swag; preparing files for digital and print usage; and ordering much of the signage and print collateral.
The most complex piece was the launch event program, which needed to balance the brands of the 5 main partners, include ads from various sponsors, and list info for 35+ exhibitors across 6 floors of activations.
It was a race to the finish on some of these elements, but the November 9th event was a huge success, gathering 3,000+ guests who excitedly explored the various activities. CIC Philly’s occupancy and sales outpaced projections for the next several quarters, and the entire building was 90% leased three months later.
I created this interactive art piece featuring inventions by iconic Philly residents and entrepreneurs. Guests were encouraged to help color in the work, and the final pieces were displayed in the space for the next year.
Additional materials
These mini notebooks were given out as launch swag. The Philly-related icons developed for this were used extensively across materials in the first year of operation.
Coasters, phone wallets, and interest forms for use at events
Cards offering a free month of coworking, to be given out at events, left in coffee shops, or otherwise distributed to prospective clients
