An Animated Environment
Campfire is a St. Louis-based organization creating events, classes, and workshops to facilitate spaces where people can find their voice, own their story, and shape what happens next.
In Spring of 2022, I was commissioned to update the animated materials I had previously created for them (see below). The executive director and I worked closely to develop a new ambient piece that sets a mood and welcomes guests to the Campfire, unfolding on two screens across 30 minutes. Foundational work
In 2015, Campfire was in need of an opening video that would kick off their events and welcome the attendees.
I illustrated and animated an original piece that walks through a whimsical forest, as well as creating a looped graphic and other scenery graphics for use as stage setting. These materials have now been upgraded to the new environmental animations, and continue to inspire Campfire’s branding and stage setup.
